Single-serve powder formats, sealed to survive the supply chain

Small-format powder packaging is a discipline of its own. The doses are tiny, so every tenth of a gram matters against the label. The seals are the product — a sachet that bursts in transit or a stick pack that tears at the notch ends up in the bin and, worse, in a review. And the film must run, seal and cut cleanly at speed, batch after batch. Our sachet and pouch lines exist for exactly this work, running alongside the jar and tub fillers that made our name.

Formats we run

• Flat sachets — the classic single-serve for condiments, supplements, cosmetics and household doses; filled, sealed on all sides and cut to your dimensions.
• Stick packs — narrow single-serve strips for drink mixes, collagen, electrolytes and dose-on-the-go products, where portion control and shelf presence both matter.
• Stand-up pouches — resealable retail pouches from small trial sizes to multi-serve packs, filled gently so the seal area stays clean and the zipper does its job.

Dose accuracy in formats measured in grams

When a sachet promises two grams, two point four is a twenty percent overrun — multiplied across a production run of hundreds of thousands of units. Dosing on our small-format lines is verified the same way as our jar and tub fills: setup against the declared target weight, in-process checks at defined intervals, and periodic teardown checks of filled units from the line. Dust is the other accuracy enemy at this scale — powder in the seal zone prevents a complete closure, so extraction and film cleanliness are managed continuously, not tidied up occasionally.

Seals and cut integrity you can ship with confidence

Seal temperature, pressure and dwell time are set per film and checked through the run, because a seal that looked perfect at start-up can drift as the machine warms. Burst and peel performance is inspected on samples pulled from production, and cut quality — clean edges, correct notch, no film burrs — is part of the same in-process routine. Finished sachets are batch and expiry coded in-line before they're counted and packed, so every unit that leaves the hall carries its own traceability.

Built for sampling programs and product launches

Small formats are how most brands introduce a powder to the market: sampling campaigns, gym and clinic partnerships, subscription welcome packs, e-commerce bundle inserts. These runs are often short, deadline-driven and price-sensitive — which suits us, because our powder-first setup means we can schedule a sachet run without it competing against a liquid plant's priorities. Whether it's ten thousand sachets to test a market or a standing monthly run feeding a subscription product, the line, the quality system and the quote turnaround are identical.
