Weight accuracy is verified, not assumed

Every run starts with a documented fill-weight setup against your declared target, checked across multiple containers before the line is cleared for production. From there, in-process weight checks continue at defined intervals for the length of the batch, and any drift triggers adjustment and re-verification. Check-weighing at the end of the line provides a final catch before cartoning, so what lands on the shelf matches what the label promises. That discipline matters commercially as well as legally — overfill quietly erodes your margin, and underfill invites recall risk.

Dust control that protects product and batches alike

Airborne powder is more than a housekeeping problem. It settles into the batch running beside it, migrates into equipment that hasn't been fully cleared, and creates slip and inhalation hazards for operators. Extraction is positioned at the fill head on every powder line, capturing dust where it's generated. Combined with our documented line clearance procedures — strip, clean, inspect, and independent verification before anything new runs — this keeps your formulation yours, with zero cross-contamination between products.

GMP powder handling from goods-in to release

Our powder work sits inside the same quality system that covers the whole facility: GMP certification, APVMA licensing for veterinary and agricultural products, and NSW Food Safety accreditation for ambient food powders. Raw materials are identified and checked against specification before they reach a line, batch records capture every weight check and cleaning verification, and finished goods are held until QA formally releases the batch. If your product is audited downstream, the paperwork will stand up.

Fill rates depend on container format, powder characteristics and target weight, so we quote against your actual product rather than a rate card. Send us the container, the fill weight, the powder's behaviour (free-flowing, cohesive, dusty) and your volumes, and we'll respond with a costed plan within one business day. Where a trial run makes sense before committing to full production, we'll say so — it's cheaper for both of us to prove the setup first.

Blending and packing, under the same roof

Many clients arrive with bulk powder and nothing else. We can blend your formulation to recipe in our ribbon blenders, fill it, batch-code and label the containers, shrink wrap the cartons and palletise the finished stock — one facility, one batch record, one point of accountability. Others arrive with product already blended and need only the filling and finishing steps. Both are normal days here.
