Liquid filling as the companion to a powder specialist
A dedicated liquid line for ranges that span both formats — bottles from 1 mL to 20 L, jerry cans, drums, tubes and spout pouches, filled and induction sealed under the same GMP system.
We'll be upfront: powder is our core business. But plenty of the brands we fill for sell ranges that don't stop at dry product — a supplement powder with a liquid vitamin companion, a cleaning tub with a matching spray, a pet shampoo beside a dry food range. For those clients, sending the liquid half of the range to a second supplier means two quality systems, two freight legs and two points of accountability. Our liquid line exists so they don't have to.
What the line handles
The liquid capability covers the formats companion products actually come in:
- Bottles — from 1 mL droppers and sample vials through to 20 L cubical containers, with fill-level verification against the declared volume.
- Jerry cans and drums — industrial and commercial volumes for cleaning, agricultural and trade products.
- Tubes — creams, gels and ointments for personal care and veterinary ranges, sealed at the tail after filling.
- Spout pouches — resealable liquid formats where shelf space and shipping weight both matter.
Induction sealing as standard where it counts
For bottled products that ship, sit on retail shelves or face tamper-evidence requirements, induction sealing is applied after capping — a foil bond that protects the product, guards against leaks in transit and satisfies retailer tamper-evidence expectations. Fill levels are checked against the declared volume at setup and through the run, the same verified-not-assumed discipline we apply to powder weights, because an underfilled bottle is the same label-claim problem as an underfilled tub.
One partner, one record, two formats
The value of running liquid beside powder isn't the machine — it's the continuity. Your powder and liquid SKUs share the same goods-in QC, the same line clearance rules, the same batch record format and the same QA release gate. Labels, codes and packing specs stay consistent across the range. And when both halves of the range are scheduled in the same facility, launch dates stop depending on which supplier's queue is shorter. For very large pure-liquid volumes, our sister site Liquid Filling Australia runs a liquid-first plant — a group option we'll point you to honestly if your job outgrows a companion line.
Quoting a liquid run
Liquid filling is priced against viscosity, container, closure type and volume — so send the product details (or a sample), the container and your expected run sizes, and we'll respond with a costed plan within one business day. If your product is a powder-to-liquid system, such as a concentrate dilution or a two-part kit, describe the whole job: we'd rather quote the assembly than leave you coordinating it.
